The Hotel is an old manor house that has been converted into a 4 star hotel. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 The service is top notch & we felt like we were family. The owners were friendly and very sweet. Breakfast is included, and it is a sit-down meal with service at your table. They remembered how we wanted our coffee and brought it as soon as we sat down each day. This would be a wonderful place for a family reunion or a wedding. I really cannot say enough good things about our stay. SIMPLY THE BEST!

This hotel is located at the heart of the town of Kutina, surrounded by a park crossed by a small river, and is only one mile away from the Zagreb-Lipovac freeway exit. Excellent hotel in eastern Croatia, close to the highway, and right in the center of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but good. Shopping locations are nearby.

The house is very small - good for a family of 3 but might be tight for a bigger company (even though technically there are beds to sleep 4+2 people). The place is VERY well done - even though it's small, it has pretty much everything you'd need for a stay. Parking place for one car in front of the house. The back yard and table with chairs was a nice treat. Definitely good for a one night stop-over.

Host Suzana was super kind and flexible and has the perfect apartment. It has everything you need and more and decorated with a lot of care for detail. We cooked dinner and the kitchen even had basics like condiments, herbs and spices. Plus super bonus: a large bowl of fresh fruit.
