Although I was not there much during the days because of tours and stuff, the evenings were nice. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful and cooked delicious food. The shower is an experience in itself.

The rooms were incredible and the staff was always at hand and very welcoming. Had a great time in the pool and in the lake using the water sport equipment. Would definitely stay again!! 😁

I am so glad my child was not exposed in this hotel to the kind of party animal travelers that I witnessed in the more hip area of Flores! It was nice being able to control our own air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ramona. We stayed 3 nights and we loved it from the moment we arrrived. It is a very clean hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere and in center of Flores placed in walking distance to everything. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Karolina and Hans gave us really good service and recommendations for activities and restaurants around the town which made our stay here very special and unique. Thank you we enjoyed and will recommend everyone to go and we will definitely return once we are back in Flores.
