The outside pool was wonderful and salt water. The hotel breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff all friendly and hardworking...will definitely return !

I had a great stay at Studios Irene! I got in on a really late ferry, and Irene contacted me in advance to make sure I knew how to get to the hostel and how to get my keys. I left on a very late ferry too, and she let me stay in the room for free because it was still available! A nice cozy place to spend your time in Patmos, and a great place to go back to after seeing the Cave of the Apocalypse, Monastery of St. John, etc.

Outstanding view. Tastefully decorated. Wonderful atmosphere. Owners and staff have worked hard to create a restful, charming vacation spot. Maria and Katarina were always available to answer questions and help in any way. They provided an exceptional experience.

Patmos Villas located at Grikos bay, an ideal location between the majestic Chora of Patmos and the traditional port of Skala for visitors to enjoy their visit to Patmos island. The family who owns Patmos Villas is personally engaged running the property and have created a very efficient team who orchestrates around their guests the most peaceful and relaxing stay. We will soon come back to enjoy hospitality at its best in the beautiful island of Patmos

Extraordinario alojamiento, desde nuestra llegada los detalles fueron continuos, siempre tuvimos fruta en la mesa, agua mineral y zumo en la nevera, todo impecablemente limpio, amplio, luminoso, perfectamente equipado. Situado a un agradable y corto paseo, alrededor del puerto, hasta la plaza central de Skala, es un alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de Patmos.

Lovely ground floor room with comfy beds and beautiful bougainvillea above the outside terrace seating. Close to the port, cafes, tavernas. Maria and Vasilis are both amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We were affected by the strike which pushed our ferry out an extra day. The owners were extremely flexible and shifted our reservation. They even provided a room to rest when we arrived presunrise as a result of the shift. They transported us to and from the port. AMAZING TIME. Extremely friendly. Clean rooms. Gorgeous views. Highly recommend this place. Very walkable location to town.

Lovely apartment with good facilities. Lovely terrace with a great view down to Skala and upto Chora. It’s in the old road to Chora so only 10minutes walk to the cave of St John. 5-10minutes walk to great restaurants and bars.

I came pre-season, In April. Patmos was quiet, their 3000 population getting ready for the 9-10 fold population swell with the tourist season beginning early May. I loved the quiet divine beauty of Patmos, including from the wonderful balcony where I spent much of my down time relaxing and enjoying the view of Grikos bay. My experience was excellent, I cannot recommend these Theologos Houses enough. We call them casitas in Tucson, a full kitchen bedroom bathroom and the spacious balcony. Each is different so make sure if you want your own bathroom that it is included not “attached.” Personal attention is available for whatever may be needed; they also rent cars and scooters. Elisa is a treasure, as is her son Johannis and her husband Theologos, the builder of these houses in the ancient Greek style. The house on Grikos bay was close to the Cave of the Apocalypse and the Monastery, the major destination for pilgrims and tourists worldwide. I would start from Skala and walk up the mountain on an ancient path, or park up near the Monastery at the Chora, and walk down and back up to my car. Great exercise! The views along the way are fantastic. Most people don’t know that John, when exiled, was free to move around on Patmos, and spent a lot of time in Skala, evangelizing, starting a church. He went up to the cave with his scribe Prochorus to meditate, pray and write Revelation. Elisa helped me find the best local guide to teach me these things and to help me find resources.

Great Central Location. Public parking nearby. Very spacious.

Friendly staff, kind owners, clean room with a great balcony and brilliant view! A good hearty breakfast included! Amazing and peaceful stay would not change a thing
