The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back for years to come.

On the last day we had a puncture on our rental car and literally within 2 minutes the team took the wheel off and shipped it off to nearest garage 3 hours away. Crazy level of service. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I think that’s the best hotel in Marsa Matruh. And I loved the beach with its beautiful baby blue color. I would definitely stay again at this place if I come again to this region.

Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!
