Aparthotel "Central" Razgrad has over 120 rooms, of which: single, double and furnished apartments. The hotel is located in the central part of the city. I liked that we had enough heat in winter time and that everything was clean. They changed my room right away from double to twin as I booked twin and they intended to give me a double in the begining as the reception was crazy due to blocked roads.
