The service was above and beyond: every staff member was super polite and helpful and we greatly enjoyed the help of Emmanuel, Sonia, our safari guide Khalid and many others that I cannot remember their names.

Il Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort è un elegante resort a 5 stelle che offre 800 metri di spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca, un'ampia piscina all'aperto con bar semi-sommerso e una vista sul Golfo Persico. - we really like that the hotel is quiet with only minor animations - nice food with great variety, especially lamb, fruits, and vegetables. Fruits were very good, probably you can add some more positions. - perfect staff, everyone was friendly and help us when required - perfect beach facilities, sand, and sea. Seaside is ~ 500m in length, commonly only a few people in the water. Really private. - room was clean and new enough

I was traveling from UAE to Saudi. This was a great stop along the way. We also got an upgrade on our room from Dhafra to Danat Beach Resort, which was great. The staff where great especially the chiefs on duty, my son did not like any of the offered food during dinner and the chief was kind enough to cook spaghetti with tomato sauce. Most of the staff also remembered us from our last visit, which was about 10 days prior, which was great. Olive from the Tides restaurant had a note worthy big smile when she noticed we had come back. To get a better deal on the dinner though I would recommend adding the dinner through booking.com instead of on-site. Lwin also helped us checkout and she was very nice. Many Thanks.
