Its not a 5 star hotel but they do provide you with all you need, the cottages are clean and very comfortable, and most importantly, with a very efficient heating system. It's quiet, the location is beautiful and you are close to everything

Great location,the owners are great people and if you don't see something that you require in the room,just ask,I mentioned my wife liked tea in the morning and a kettle was dropped in our room ,full of water within minutes. We will stay again,probably next year as 2 days wasn't long enough.

Went to Hampton Beach to see a concert at the Casino Ballroom which was only a couple of minutes away by foot.
