Perfectly equipped and all perfectly clean and very modern. Akaroa is a must have when traveling NZ and the Motel is centrally located. We‘ll come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Adelphi Motel. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped. Location was very convenient. The owner Ann was very welcoming. The property is non-smoking and is located 700 metres from Christchurch Art Gallery. Great service recovery from the reception staff. The request for twin beds was not registered, however the staff managed to put one of us into another room for the night.

Every standalone unit is equipped with a lounge/seating area, full kitchen with cooking facilities and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. Flat-screen Smart TV's that have Netflix are available in all rooms. We really enjoyed the recliners. They were a great way to relax other than sitting on a bed.
