Motel Ones are always a good standard and you know what you are getting. At this one they have refurbished an existing building and the layout has a central courtyard with is a nice quite break from the busy city. I noticed now the complete absence of single use plastics for toiletries, soap was refillable and cups in bathroom were paper. The was good size par and reception area. Breakfast was a good continental selection with local cheeses in particular.

Comfortable, clean, so good to have possibilities to do check-in remotely prior arrival, clear instruction how to get key.

We liked the fact the hotel offers a free parking. Considering city parking prices, that's a huge cost savior. The staff was very pleasant and responded to all our requests - to get a baby chair into the room and to add another blanket.

I enjoyed my stay at Motel One. The room was spacious with a lot of coat hangers and room for clothes. The staff was super nice, specially Diogo and Bernardo! When I go back to Zurich, this will be my first choice!

We like vthe location. most of all the manager and host Mr. Ali was the most cultured and knowledgeable young man who was very caring and accommodating of all our needs. He allowed us very early check in as my wife had to do a online conference early. If we ever go there again I would go to this motel just to see how this young man is progressing in his venture. He also arranged reliable transport within the city and finally our drop off to the airport.

Very good breakfast, above average for Ibis in general, free parking on site, excellent hotel restaurant with adequate prices and very attentive reception staff. Several markets nearby for buying ready meals.

Good (but a bit repetitive) breakfast. Good coffee. Good services. Free parking available as advertised but it was difficult to find a spot on Saturday night. The hotel surprised us with a baby cot -- which was great.
