Pretty good value for money (in this region of CA). It looks like owners live on the propoerty, and I felt they ensured the propoerty was safe (the larger area is quite frequented by people who do not appear to have a home). It is well looked-after (continuous improvements were being done). There was even a water dispenser in the laundry room for drinking water. We enjoyed having a freezer and fridge and microwave, made it much easier to handle food-supply for our little one. We purchased a travel bed and used that during our stay. All clean and neat. I am not a big fan of carpets in the rooms, but they were fine. Hopefully they will be the subjects of improvement soon :).

Everything is brand new and the bed (mattresses) are so comfortable! It is about 15 mins drive away from the 17-mile-drive and offers everything you need. Highly recommendable.
