There was no breakfast. Check-in was a challenge as we arrived early and were not allowed to check in. When we did check in, an hour later the Manager went to extra lengths to ensure we got the room we had asked for.

But, the interior of the room was just fine. Beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the towels; they were quite flimsy! The price was one of the better deals we saw although in looking back, there were no amenities to speak of. You get what you pay for. We only needed a clean and comfy bed and a clean bathroom. We chose it because it's close to the airport in Punta Gorda and we only needed it for sleep for a short time. Staff were gracious and upgraded us to a room with a king bed without charging extra. We recommend you ask for a room at the back of the motel. The motel is on a busy road and it's noisy if you are given a room in the front. It's an easy drive to the waterfront in Punta Gorda. Easy drive to restaurants.
