The owner was very friendly. She wanted to insure we had everything we needed & everything met our comfort level. We requested extra pillows & blankets & they were already in the cottage prior to our arrival. We were concerned we might be cold & she porviddd us an extra heater. We were very comfortable & did not end up needing it.

Willingness of the staff to be as helpful as possible, including taking my ice chest freezer packs and personally freezing them for me. They also called me promptly upon departure to let me know I had left a bag in the room, but when I authorized them to open it, turned out it was empty! Point is though, they called promptly which would have allowed me to go back to retrieve it had it been necessary! Also, this is a one story motel allowing easy access to the rooms.

Even checked for bed bugs, not single black spot in sight. Toilet spotless shower as well, I’ve paid 3 times what I paid somewhere else and it wasn’t this clean. The staff were really friendly and it was in a super convenient location near everything.
