Clean, quiet. Though it is inexpensive, there were no riff-raff or parties as we experienced at the local Motel 6. Pet fee was reasonable ($20). There are areas to walk your dog.

It was quiet no disturbances no noise I slept so good I didn't want to have to get up checkout cause it was so peaceful same owners own the place and they are real good respectable owners who need some type of award for doing such a good job running their own motel for so long

We liked the room, and the location was fine as that's where all the motels are located in Oroville.

.The lady next door was nice. NO pets, No Coffee, Coffee less coffee maker, no friendly check in person, the cooler is around the corner of the room so it's very warm in room. No place to relax outside the room, no pool, garden, or patio area. Would highly recommend any other motel in Oroville.
