Looking for a motel?

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

If your looking for a ho hum Holiday Inn experience with a crowded parking lot, surly hosts, and crappy Belgian Waffles the Suwannee Gables is not your place! But if your of the authentic persuasion and truly appreciate an old Florida motel complete with happy staff, wonderful views, and the ambiance of slow lazy river then you will not be disappointed.

We booked our room online. We had an 8 hour trip ahead of us.We called and the staff was so understanding they allowed us to check in at 3 a.m and left the key in a hidden place for us.We checked out that same morning by 11 a.m. Our room was very clean and I was really pleased considering this is an older motel that's been renovated.Staff was amazing and easy to deal with. Will stay there again.
