Ed and his wife were awesome to make sure everything went well, they worked tirelessly to accommodate us. The flowers were exquisite and really brought a beautiful feeling to arrive. I hope people notice this beautiful motel, the view to the water was very relaxing. I’ll come back to that spot for sure. It was a true joy to talk to Ed and here his amazing stories of a purpose filled life. Ed is what makes that place memorable.

Ed, Christina and Dale were terrific. I’ve never had staff spend time like they did explaining the great things to do in the Camden area; they were great hosts. Plus everything about the motel was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.

Able to book a room for two nights just a few days before July 4th weekend, so that was much appreciated, as everything else in the area was booked. Exactly as advertised and expected. A true throwback to the 1950s, right down to the pink and green decor. Nice to have kitchenette and coffee maker. Motel was quiet, felt private, enough above the highway so that noise at night was minimal.

The couple who are the innkeepers are the best of people. The homemade baked goods were delivered fresh to our room daily and they each made wonderful suggestions of places to go and things to see while we were there. It was very personal service and made it feel like you were staying with family or friends rather than a motel. The Inn itself is very quaint, and actually quite charming with porch rockers, a fire pit and hanging baskets. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

A very clean and cozy motel with exceptionally nice and friendly owners Scott and Reesa. I and my mom felt so welcomed there. We loved sitting around the fire with other guests and listen to Scott's playing guitar and singing. He is a great musician and singer! It was such a nice experience. We will be back in the fall. Thank you, Scott and Reesa!

Hosts welcoming and doted on us. Since I was a little girl travelling to my mother and grandmother's home town I'd looked longingly at the Duck Trap Motel up on that hill overlooking Rt. 1 above the Bay. Now, in my 60's, I have finally gotten to stay there! Totally upgraded rooms, with heat pump technology, wi-fi, refrig, microwave (AND popcorn to enjoy!), coffee maker, great shower all in a lovely, quiet setting.
