The "breakfast" is a little misleading; they have coffee and little snack cakes. It is, however, just fine at the price point and nothing else was really expected. I was amazed at the diligence in keeping up such an old property and keeping it fresh, maintained and impeccably clean. Service was very genuine southern hospitality and we loved it. Best place we stayed on our trip.

it has changed, much better than it used to be. comfortable bed and room was nice. will star there again. the person at booking.com were very helpful. I had specified a room on the 1st floor since I am disabled and cannot use the stairs. I believe the price was higher than I would have liked to pay, but ……. we like the inn since it was walking distance to the 4star restaurant we love to visit. Thank you very much.

    Room was clean, no bathroom exhaust fan, hotel was close to other chain motels, but the decor here is very outdated - lime green and blues from the 1970s. The hallways were not very clean - carpet very stained and needed vacuuming. The indoor pool water temp was warm and open for use, very loud exhaust fan in pool area (sounded like an airplane taking off). Staff friendly and knowledgeable of where to get cheap gas, etc. Staff doing their best to work with an outdated facility.

    Our room was huge and beautiful and had an amazing shower!Would have expected to pay much more for a room like this! The entire motel was beautiful! Staff was great even texted me when we got to our room to make sure everything was ok! Would definitely stay again if in the area! Breakfast was also amazing with so many choices!

    For the price, this motel was a great value. While dated, it was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff was quick and thorough (Igot in late at night). My only comment: The room had a coffee maker, but no coffee! Otherwise, comfortable and clean. Good strong shower, too!
