All the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. We had a couple of problems with the safe but each time, it was fixed promptly. (room #219). Clean, quiet and spacious room, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Very convenient as well to have access to laundry facility. Great wifi. Well located close to the Everglades National Park.
