breakfast was good - bran flakes, 'Special K' , oatmeal, yoghurt, good coffee, no eggs but that's OK -- the windows can really be opened! so you are not just living in a box -- the swimming pool was open and very good - I went swimming twice in one day - the motel is 300 yds, from the Amtrak station - train arrives late afternoon and leaves mid-morning - ideal - I took pictures with film, not yet developed - motel s on rim of very scenic gorge - very windy, legendary 'Cut Bank wind' - motel is also next to an interesting mall

The accommodation was fairly spacious. If you have a room on the back there is a view over the canyon at the edge of town and the plains. The view from the front is over the parking lot, and a handful of shops including a supermarket and the bridge towards a Canadian check point.

The staff was exceptional, the breakfast outstanding and almost everything was perfect. There was a restaurant and a grocery store in a shopping plaza where the motel is located.
