Excellent hotel in every way, especially for the low cost. It was close to the highway access and beautifully landscaped with ornamental trees and flower beds. The room was perfectly clean and everything was like new. I will definitely be staying here again.

The mattress was the best I've had in over 4 nights at other Inns/Motels. The whole place was extremely well cared for. I would highly recommend that corporate find out how Culpeper can offer this but other RRIs or the competition do not even aporoach the level of comfort and cleanliness offered by this team.

This is a motel not a hotel- the photos on booking.com are misleading and only show the lobby portion of the building and crop out any sort of visual reference to it being a motel. The staff was friendly and gave us free breakfast which was nice.
