Beyond dreadful. Worst place I've ever seen that called themselves a motel. I was in my room long enough to book into a different motel. The ONLY good thing was that the manager gave all my money back.

Had a room with a river view and balcony with two chairs and small table. Beautiful. Amenities were great--shampoo, condition, lotion, soaps, etc. Nice to have a coffee maker, small microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast is a decent full meal--many choices. Free parking. Can walk to several restaurants and park.

Older motel and was a bit taken aback about the bath/shower combo room but the beds were super comfy and the staff was awesome. And the price could not be beaten. Quiet and we all slept very well ( 39, 8, 5 yr olds & 7 mo old) plus me. It's not the Ritz but we will stay there again when in the area.

Old fashioned motel on outside, clean upgraded rooms on the inside. Lower floor rooms very noisy from creaking floors etc from guests on second floor.
