The room was so luxurious, big comfy bed, soft padded carpet, warm ambient lighting, large tv with Netflix..! The lady at the front desk was so lovely and friendly, they gave us a free upgrade on our room as it was available to one with a lake view, which was so stunning. She was really helpful in accommodating us with parking, which we hadn’t booked beforehand, made everything simple and easy. Also loved that there was guest laundry 👍 Thank you!

The location could not have been better - absolutely beautiful and within a few minute walk to the center of town. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. the kitchenette had everything we needed. absolutely wonderful place; if I needed to stay in Queenstown again, I wouldn’t even look anywhere else!
