One of the best motels we stayed in our trip to NZ north island - very clean and modern -Everything was perfect and Spotless clean - Location perfect all restaurants and shops nearby .. quiet and peaceful area .. Parking at the motel was also very convenient and easy -- Hobbiton just 20 mins away Me and my family loved our stay in Matamata and in Broadway motel - I loved the small down of Matata - should've stayed more nights !

spacious room with clean bath and comfortable bed. staff was helpful and check in and out was done in a breezes heat blanket was super nice for us because the nights became colder.
