Outstanding communication with the staff. We stayed in a multiplex room; very nice with lovely patios. The individual cabins looked nice; I'd choose one of those next time. The other facilities and offerings were all useful: a lounge, laundry, and shovels and towels to borrow to help explore Hot Water Beach.

Kaye is the most welcoming host and the location is excellent. Room facilities have all you could ask for cooking wise, it's clean, spacious, Netflix etc and in the perfect location. Our 'town house' accomodation was obviously spacious, and very well appointed. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, large kitchen/diner and washer dryer in the house, this was an extremely comfortable stay. Add to this the pool and ample parking, as well as being in a prime location, this is an excellent place to stay Great staff

The staff were lovely and friendly. They even provided support with directions on getting there prior to the stay. The rooms were clean and cleaned each day. It was lovely being so close to the beach and walking distance from the main town.
