The location is perfect if you are taking a ferry. The price is low as this is an older motel. I have stayed here 3 times now. I noticed they replaced the tile in the bathroom and the tv. There is a toaster now in the room. There is a super beach very near and a lot of restaurants. Compared to any other rentals in the neighborhood this was the best for our budget.
