Very clean, had a wonderful clean smell as soon as we walked in. Nice renovated room, was very spacious, bathroom shower was great, parking was free and right in front of the rooms, also liked the location in Laval—there were a lot of restaurants and amenities close by to this motel, very convenient if you are doing things in this area. Staff was very accommodating and treated us well.

It is an old motel that been modernized/updated. We needed a place close to destination location and that fit the bill. Not too expensive. In older neibourhood. Lots of construction and road contractors with big equipments use this place as they have a large parking for their equipment.
