Owners very nice and attentive. Rockport boat tours you can walk to just across the street. Paved biking trail within minutes of motel. Handy to have the 24 hr accessible kitchenette room if you like to bring your own food. Nice family style restaurant less than 10 min away in Lansdowne. Gananoque only 10 minutes away also.

An excellent location to explore the 1000 islands region. Beds are very good. There is a communal kitchen and BBQ.
