This is an older 1 level motel located close to downtown and 1 block off the highway. The area is quiet. The room is small but comfortable and very clean. The King bed is super comfy. The staff person was very accommodating and pleasant. Great value for 1 person or a couple on a limited budget.

Nice location of an old-style motel. You look for a good value night - stay here. Staff was very helpful. She gave us the WiFi password of the reception router which seemed to be the only router with an active internet connecion. When we connected the router in the room we saw that it was not getting internet access from the provider. Obviously we were lucky to get one of the renovated rooms with working TV and good kitchen utensils.

Nice and clean. It's an old motel, and looks it from the outside, but the room was apparently recently renovated and modern. Quite nice and fresh.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Even though the motel is on the highway, the building structure ensured that it was very quiet. The room rates were excellent.

The motel is clean which is one of the most important to consider in looking for a place to stay. It was quiet at night even it is along the main highway. It is affordable.

Sunset Motel is well-located for an overnight stay in Fort MacLeod. The room I had was clean, the bed comfortable and there was a good-sized desk. The TV screen was huge. It was also very quiet because there is a glassed-in walkway in front of the rooms to shelter people in winter. This acted as an excellent sound barrier. Though I didn't need it, I did notice plug ins for block heaters in the winter season.

We stayed at this motel as it was very close to the campground our family was at. It is older but very clean, equipped with a fridge and kitchens. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
