The room was awesome, with a view on the pool and the ocean, it gave us the perfect relaxed holiday vibe. We even got a late check-out till 5 pm for free which resulted in a well needed hot shower after a sweaty walk to spot koala's nearby. Contact with Adam whent smoothless by sms and an envelop ready to pick up the key whenever we wanted.

Great hostess, Chris, was filling in for her vacationing sister. Very warm and welcoming. Gave us great advice on what to see and do during our limited time in Townsville. The motel was very clean, comfortable and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It was quiet and provided free parking at our door. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and everything worked.

It was clean, well equiped for a motel. Good situated enough parking space Bonus was the swimming pool. Breakfast is perfect with plenty of choise. Very friendly staff!!!!

Great access to everywhere at Picnic Bay, close to bus stop for ferry and other island centres. Comfortable and spacious room with good facilities. Fantastic service from manager Jen, who drove us in pouring rain to the Nelly Bay clinic and waited to drive us back to the motel.
