Staff were happy to change our room from upstairs to downstairs due to health issues which was really appreciated. Lots of plants and veggies in pots and gardens with birds in large cages which adds to the outlook of the motel. Colourful rooms and very spacious. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back for a week's holiday.

I thought it was a private house in new estate area. There was also a car in driveway. I thought my wife was fooled on the internet and she was uncontactable in Germany at the time. So I had to make a few phone calls after 6pm to find somewhere to stay. I was expecting a motel of some sort. My mistake 😕. The nearby Tavern meals and amenities were excellent. Being about 10K away from the highway meant no traffic or other noises. Also is a handy distance for a stopover on the way to the Gold Coast.
