The common areas of bistro, fireside bar and cafe looked lovely-a shame they weren’t operating. Rooms were pleasant motel style. The staff we met briefly were very friendly and helpful. The fire was lit for us in the bar area and this was lovely for a byo drink.

Through no fault of the motel or their staff, our original queen room became unavailable prior to our check in so we had to swap to a twin room, but the reception staff were very polite and considerate. The self-check in process was incredibly easy and convenient. The location was also amazing - right across the road from the Dorrigo Hotel (bookings essential!).
