I had made a mistake and booked for the following month. Thank goodness someone else had left a day early as it had been fully booked otherwise. And after checking the cleaning had been completed, I was directed to my room. Very friendly staff who gave pointers for things to do in Derby over the weekend.

The key tab was tiny and unsigned. I had to get out of the car to use it. The room was very difficult to find at night. The numbers on the doors are painted over in the same colour as the door. My room was out the back, up the side out of sight. It took ages to get in the gate and find the room.
