Location is perfect next to the main train station. It’s clean and modern. The lady that checked me in was so pleasant and explained everything about the hotel. She didn’t rush but was very welcoming. The room was awesome. That mattress was so comfortable to sleep on and a fireplace in tv was a nice touch ;) Definitely recommend their breakfast! Hotel staff is incredible. Great stay. I will seek Motel One in other location when I travel and would definitely book this one in Vienna again.

Very decent hotel, exceeded my expectations. Honestly, i expected more pension type hotel but it is a hidden gem in very center of Vienna. Stylish lobby and great design give feeling feeling of high-level hotel. My room was small but convinient and cozy. My room was looking towards inside patio - no view but they try to make it stylish too, great idea with these balls. Totally like it. Not noisy at all. Great experience. I hesitated before booking but the hotel exceeded my expetation.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Well, air-conditioned room. The hotel is well-kept and clean. Very accessible being located close to Prater park and close to a train station. Very helpful staff.

Clean and simple. The location is ideal for visiting family in the area. Bakery across the street opens early and serves great breakfast. Little playground in the court yard is awesome too. Simple check it and check out.

The best location for accommodation in Vienna, the room is very clean, the environment is very friendly. Right next to the hotel is a small shopping mall and a metro and tram station. I recommend to everyone.🧡🧡🧡
