Cleanliness is of paramount importance to any traveller, and this hotel excels in this regard. Our room was clean, with no hint of stickiness on the bathroom floor nor any smell of cigarettes. The meticulous attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of hygiene was evident throughout our stay. We highly recommend paying a visit to the Aha café just two shops away at the junction. Sipping on a cup of aromatic Vietnamese coffee while perched on the petite chairs, watching the mesmerizing traffic weave its chaotic dance, is an unforgettable experience that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Hanoi's Old Quarter. However, what truly elevated our stay to a remarkable level was the exceptional staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to assist knew no bounds. They effortlessly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Quick checking clear explanations of all about the hotel and about how to move around the Hanoi and possible excursions. Only to help not to pressure to sale you anything. Always helping to anything. Last day we had and early taxi ti the airport and they had a breakfast bos ready for us. Location excellent near everywhere. They make us an upgrade a nice detail. The rooftop terrace bar excellent on the night for a fresh air a good drink and music.

The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel er staðsett á hrífandi stað í Ba Dinh-hverfinu í Hanoi, 1,1 km frá Quan Thanh-hofinu, 1,1 km frá gamla borgarhliði Hanoi og 1,6 km frá West Lake. Staðsetningin var mjög góð og starfsfólkið afar hjálplegt og notalegt.
