We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.

First of all the location is very good: in the old town close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. We found the staff extremely nice, caring and interested. They organised excursions to Lan Ha Bay and to Ha Giang for us. In total we stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast and the rooftop bar (with happy hour) are excellent.

Attractively situated in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel is situated 1.1 km from Quan Thanh Temple, 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate and 1.6 km from West Lake. Room was super value. The hotel upgraded me which was a great surprise as well. Location is near many eating places. Location is quieter and less crowded than Old Quarter. Decor was nice and room was clean as well. Staff were very polite.
