We stayed at LIU as a family and found everything exceptional. Service, staff, food, drinks, facilities, activities were outstanding. The details about the service were particularly wonderful. Special thanks to; Nihat, Taha, Nabila, Tunahan and Dilem at the terrace restaurant area. Hikmet at the breeze bar, Bora at the aqua bar, Hasan at the aquapark. Because of their top-quality service and freindliness our stay has been an unforgettable experience.

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.

Este alojamiento cuenta con una playa privada en el mar Mediterráneo. Ofrece instalaciones de spa, piscina al aire libre y club infantil. Exceptional service! We had a large group of 35, staff went out of their way accommodating our every need. I have been to many all inclusive resorts, this one is simply exceptional. Thank you. Facility is also very new, super clean, and very comfortable. Food is fantastic. Lots of choices, very nicely prepared, very appetizing.

El TUI BLUE Palm Garden está situado en la playa y ofrece una amplia gama de actividades para todas las edades. Everything was so well organised and propaly functioning! Hotel even have a doctor some houers a day! Very clean! Food is delicuouse! Kids club in several languages.

SiDE GOLDEN ROCK HOTEL&SPA se encuentra en Side, a 4 min a pie de Playa Kumköy, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y salón de uso común. Excellent 4star. I spontaneously booked for a week (for work) and I am absolutely delighted by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is very new. I was lucky to have a superb ocean view. I went to some 5 star before but this view is extraordinary for a 4 star. Everything is brand new, the furniture, ACs, TV, lights, the bathroom, etc. The hotel is therefore very clean and has high standards. The guests have a good mix. There are Germans, Dutch, British, Russian, and Turkish, it is well balanced.   The staff was excellent. Mustafa the manager is very courteous and could read any wish from my mind, he was always nice to chat with. I was particularly delighted by the Spa Team. The crew all has expertise in osteopathic medicine, physiology and special wellness therapy, etc. Particularly, Selim is an excellent masseur and very knowledgeable, he showed me some exercises, helped me recover from my chronic neck pain, and I learned a lot. Also, Hamza is an extraordinary masseur with great skills. Ask definitely for both of these guys’ services when there. Not to forget Tolga, who was very attentive and nice to chat with.   I am thankful for the whole crew. You won’t get this kind of attention and service in a 5 star.   The beach is a 5-minute walk, which I liked very much. There are dedicated seats. The gym is well equipped with brand new machines. In summary, this is a very special hotel where the staff and manager know and care about each guest. Not like a mainstream 5 star where guests are dealt with anonymously. Definitely a gem. Will return.
