The Location of the hotel is perfect, in the city center , 5 minutes walk to the harbor , a lot of restaurants and bars are around , the hotel is extremely clean , the room is extremely comfortable. The staff is out of this world they are exceptionally nice , they get out of their way to do what you want with a great smile . The breakfast is great , all served fresh , everything is baked fresh , the Omelette cooked fresh upon request and was delicious, simply the staff at the breakfast room are serving with Love . I hope I can arrange for a longer stay next time . Also the parking slot we reserved was an added value, it was paid but it worth it .

The people here are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Their genuine warmth and willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel right at home. As for the accommodations, our room was an absolute gem. The highlight was undoubtedly the luxurious jacuzzi that provided relaxation and indulgence after a day of exploring. Everything we required was at our fingertips, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. Renting a car allowed us the freedom to explore the island, and convenient parking was readily available nearby. Sardinia's stunning landscapes and pristine beaches were within easy reach, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the region. All in all, our stay in Sardinia was a dream come true. It's a place where hospitality, comfort, and natural splendor seamlessly come together. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories on this enchanting island.

Absolutely an oasis in the centre of Cagliari. The staff were fantastic. The restaurant is a gem. Breakfast is far beyond what you expect to be included and dinner at the restaurant with wine pairings was some one of the best meals I've ever eaten, and I've sampled a lot of michelin stars. The location is perfect for shopping/eating and seeing the sights. The gardens are a peaceful reprieve from the city.

The room was exceptional and had 2 large bathrooms and a balcony with a bay view that we could enjoy even from the bed. The matress and pillows were super comfy. We appreciated the L'Occitane cosmetics in the room, as well as the hi-tech feel of having everything literally a button away (from window blinds to bluetooth music streaming to lights, everything is remote-operated). Products at breakfast were overall good quality, especially the sweets / pattiserie. We felt sorry we did not have time to try the spa & hotel restaurants, but would highly reccommend this place for a few days' stay.
