From reception, to cleaners, to the people working at the restaurant and breakfast. They all were friendly but also doing all very professionally. I stayed there for 1 week and will certainly go back when I am in that area of Milan.

Parking was organised in advance and well communicated, free shuttle also available to the flat. We arrived a bit earlier but the lady was there in 2 min. and explained us everything, really nice and helpful. There was a safe and also a fridge in the room, with full of water, also a water heater with coffee and sweets. The flat has a great location, in the middle of the old town but quiet, few minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants. We would recommend it and come back once again.

Hotel Sorriso enjoys a panoramic location 700 metres from Ponte di Legno’s pedestrian area. It offers free parking and free WiFi. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean, and well maintained, breakfast was delicious, there was good wifi, free, easy parking, and it was easy to walk into Ponte di Legno. Absolutely recommend.
