It was an amazing stay, the host is very friendly and responsive, the support during our stay was impressive, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is very near to the train station, I would highly recommend everyone visiting La Spezia to stay here.

The air conditioning is a huge plus as it was so hot out. Also very easy to get to from the train station, not too many stairs which is a bonus in cinque Terre!

The host is super friendly and responsive (gave also some good advice), the apartment was very clean, centrally located (a minute's walk from the city centre and a few minutes from the main train station) and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The beds are comfortable and although the apartment is very close to the station, it was very quiet. There are several grocery stores nearby if you need to buy food, and restaurants are also within walking distance of the apartment. Great place to stay in La Spezia, with the possibility of visiting other cities like Cinque Terre, Pisa, Genova, etc. easily with the train connections!

They have considered everything; from spices for cooking to hair dryers and straighteners. The location is phenomenal and the apartment is huge! I couldn’t speak more highly of Alice and this apartment. If you are considering booking, don’t hesitate - it is perfect.

Luxury Summer House ligger i La Spezia, under 3,4 km fra La Spezia Havn og 5 km fra butikscentret Le Terrazze. We absolutely loved it! Giovanni is awesome. He brought breakfast every day. The property is a 20 min walk to La Spezia station and is such a relaxing retreat away from Cinque Terre. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby as well as a nice park to run in.
