The location is phenomenal with incredible views from the rooms and pool. Rooms were comfortable, clean and offered all of the essentials. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The portions were colossal, we were always full until dinner. If you're considering a trip to Wayanad, make Serene Crest your home during the stay.

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.

Set in Wayanad, 5.5 km from Ancient Jain Temple, Saugandhika West Gate offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. I initially only planned to stay for one night, but I liked the hotel so much that I stayed for an extra night. The hotel feels like a 4 or 5 star property. The rooms were big, with large windows, and nice balconies overlooking the forest. The Wi-Fi was strong. The property owner has nice gardens and fish ponds at the bottom of the hill, which were good for evening walks. The rooms were very clean. All of the staff, at the front desk, lobby, and dinning room were extremely nice, professional, and helpful. They arranged a tour of the surrounding countryside for me. I loved the food. The dining room staff seemed excited to introduce me to a range of Indian breakfast dishes. The chicken served during the dinner buffet was so delicious. The property has a nice clean infinity pool. The location of the property is good, a few minutes drive outside of town in a more peaceful environment.
