Very clean, easy walk to amenities, great cafe/bar right there for an early morning coffee or night cap and the staff were the kindest people. They helped with all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Comfortable beds, lovely washrooms, and very nice pool with great loungers. It is a newer place and absolutely amazing. I would certainly stay here again.

The location is fantastic, just a stone throws away from the beach, port and all the main streets but just slightly out of the way to avoid noise. Fantastic breakfast, great lunch menus, great bar and pool. A Med-Moderne style, spotlessly clean hotel. What really stands out however, from any hotel stay we have had in the last few years, is the service. It's beyond service, it's hospitality. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, we have never experienced such balanced welcoming and care. Impeccable. The front desk is you local friend and guide and will sort out anything you could think of on the the island, from booking umbrellas on the beach to boat hires to restaurant and tavern reservations, you name it. They also provide clean beach towels daily. A car is a must to make the most of the island but beware the streets in Skiathos town are a bit small and it's largely one-way system. The hotel has a parking area situated about a 3 min walk away, which also provides easy access to the main roads that take you around the island, port and airport.

The host is responsive, and attentive and communicative. They offer so many amenities! This trip was for my 40th birthday and the house was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was amazing and the trip went of without a hitch! I would definitely recommend book here, and will definitely book it again.

Det nyrenoverede overnatningssted har gratis wi-fi, privat strandområde og have. gCommunication was great, Georgis met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful and warm. The locations is perfect with restaurants just feet away and walking distance to the most charming town. No need to rent a car from this place. It was a “ home” feel with a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean.
