Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. What a gorgeous apartment! Spacious, modern, comfortable, with a terrace/garden out the back. Quiet as it is quite a way off the main road down a driveway. Super value for money. Will definitely stay again. P.S. We left a jacket there and the owner very kindly sent it to us.

Stoneymollan over Loch Lomond features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Balloch, 27 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens. It was perfect from the moment we arrived, the hosts are lovely and went way beyond expectations and their dog is amazing too! we had the hot tub both nights and Brian was great getting it ready for us and super accommodating. The treats they leave at the doorstep is also unexpected and lovely. It was almost like staying at a friends house, with the right amount of alone time! the owners were close by and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. the place is beautiful, and the pod itself was well stocked, they had the little things like cooking oil, salt & pepper, strainer and the usuals too coffee machine/toaster/kettle/plates etc. we were travelling with a 10 month old and they set up a cot and made sure we had everything he needed too. we would definitely do the travel from Australia to stay here again for a bit longer next time.

Close to Balloch Castle Country Park, Woodvale is situated in Balloch and has a garden. Free WiFi is offered. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are available in some units. Kevin and Elaine made us feel right at home. They were beyond helpful and gave us good ideas on where to eat and what to do. They are exceptionally lovely people and perfectly struck the balance between being warm and welcoming and giving us our space. Breakfast was delicious and the room perfectly quiet and comfortable.

The Garrison Of Inversnaid Farm with Hot Tub was built in 1719 and is set in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Free WiFi and free private parking is available. WOW!!! Now that's a hit! Kelly and Paul are doing a great job! We did a roundtrip around Scotland so only stayed 2 nights, but I can see this accommodation for a much longer time. The breakfast you get is made from ingredients grown in the garden and it is amazing! The hot tub is really great especially on clear nights when you can see the whole starry sky with no light smog. I also have to mention The Kelly Kettle, a small self-service shack for passing tourists as well, where Kelly will make you a proper espresso on request.

Situated in Luss in the Argyll & Bute Region, 38 km from Glasgow, Culag Lochside Self Catering features views of the mountains. Free private parking is available on site. Very clean, everything you could think of had been thought of. Friendly owner who goes above and beyond.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, nicely designed, lovely complementary features such as little soaps and shampoos. Very friendly owner, nice chat, no question was too much. Perfectly situated and very quiet place.

Set in a beautiful 19th century converted farmhouse, Sheildaig Farm Bed and Breakfast has 3 courtyard rooms, all with their own entrance, ensuite shower room, queen size bed, TV, fridge, tea and... Breakfast made was excellent. Well kept rooms and amble space outdoors for relaxing
