The location and views from the balcony are kickass. It is a small hotel with only a few rooms, but the overall feel of the hotel was very nice and warm. The staff was also very sweet and helpful. We stayed on the ground floor room and the room as well as bathroom were very spacious. Walking distance from the central Portree area. Highly recommended hotel

The view was spectacular. The walking trails were beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

We also skip it, because others recommend is not to go because the weather. Well maybe we bring the sun. The accommodation is like being in a farm movie. At night we have our one fire pit with marshmallow that Anne left us, and at 4°C we dance under the full moon. We really love this place.. Only want to have more time to read there in the afternoon, seeing the sheep's. Just a little stretch if you travel with to big baggage.

Dunshee is located in Roskhill near Dunvegan. The Garden Studio has Bed and breakfast facilities which include; a bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Great hosts, very well equipped room and lounge. We were made to feel very much at home. The hostess is a children's author who has written very enjoyable books (so say our grandchildren!). Great bed and good shower. Great breakfast
