Its a true pleasure staying at Mounthaven guesthouse. Run by a friendly couple who make great efforts to make youre stay one of the best possible. Especially the breakfast with home grown fresh fruit (september stay) was the best. The elevated position of the house makes you get the best views to the dart river and dartmouth.

All of our favorite items were served. I had French toast with strawberries, and my husband had blueberry pancakes, besides the fruit, yogurt, smoothies, and croissants. Location was excellent. Julie was especially thoughtful and kind in giving us recommendations for dinner and making sure our stay was comfortable.

The owners are lovely people and breakfast was perfect, Nice, well equiped room and bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay. I personally loved the very soft bed, but some would find it too soft.

We thought parking on the street would be a problem, but after 4pm, spaces conveniently opened up. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed.
