Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! Very upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and common areas. We did not use pool, but looked very nice. Location was great and all staff very nice and helpful!

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you’d need. The complex is very secure, as is the underground garage. The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. It’s also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.

Location could not be better. The studio apartment is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and happily provided any information or amenities (we forgot to get a converter but he kindly provided 2 of his own).
