The apartment is very nicely, generously and of high quality standards equipped with all the usual things you might need during your stay. In case of bad weather (we never had during last week August 2022) you have the choice of two huge TV-Screens in the living room and master sleeping room respectively, or a normal one in the kitchen for entertainment during your cooking. Especially, in the spacious kitchen all the normal kitchenware and much more are new and presented in a very attentive way. The newly renovated and decoratively furnished rooms come with more than sufficient space. We very much enjoyed the balcony on the back side, with an open view to the greens of the surrounding hilly gardens, entertaining goats restlessly climbing up and down the terrace walls, and the view to the city of Lons-les-saunier to the left and Jura hills with the medieval town house facades of Montaigu to the right. The landlord family living next door was discreet during our stay, as the apartment designation "L'INATTENDU" makes you expect. But, they did not forget to welcome us with a big piece of Jura Comté cheese supplied in the fridge. The building had so much character, from games rooms to open planned living room / dining room. It clearly has so much history associated with it and the owners have done a very good job in maintaining its quality. The rooms were spacious, the bed comfy and the shower was exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening dinner was a culinary delight. The chef is extremely talented. I was looking forward to a lovely meal and boy did I get one.

Featuring accommodation with a heated pool, mountain view and a terrace, Gite Chateau 3 chambres piscine chauffée is set in La Châtelaine. The location the pool and the rooms were spectacular such a lovely property. They provided everything for our 5 month old, a baby bath changing mat the staff were so friendly it was amazing.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated La Verrière - Chambre d'hôtes et gîte de charme offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Very cool building. The proprietors did an excellent job of renovating the classic building. Very spacious. Very close to center of town. The proprietors were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
