During check-in procedure, we could get all the information as well. And the view from room was amazing. The room was located in front of Strasbourg Christmas market. We could see big Christmas tree as well! It was really unforgettable memory.

The staff couldn’t be more professional and helpful. I didn’t use the spa, so cannot comment on it. Amazing breakfast. Very convenient underground hotel parking. The location is also perfect, very close to the historic center.
