The caring of the staff was exceptional, we really felt taken care of and that our needs are important to the staff. For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

El Llorenc Parc de la Mar - Adults Only (+16) is located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, an 11-minute walk of Palma Port. we received incredibly detailed assistance with planning the perfect birthday celebration for my husband. Johanna was especially helpful arranging reservations and experiences to make our stay the best it could be.

Apartotel Ponent Mar is a 4-star aparthotel with free private parking, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is free Wi-Fi in all public areas. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.
