The caring of the staff was exceptional, we really felt taken care of and that our needs are important to the staff. For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

El Llorenc Parc de la Mar - Adults Only (+16) is located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, an 11-minute walk of Palma Port. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant.

Apartotel Ponent Mar is a 4-star aparthotel with free private parking, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is free Wi-Fi in all public areas. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

Bordoy Continental Valldemossa는 트라문타나 산맥(Tramuntana Mountains)의 해발 400m 고도에 자리한 숙박 시설입니다. 전 구역에서 무료 Wi-Fi가 제공되며 200m² 규모의 수영장도 이용하실 수 있습니다. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! My stay was amazing and the staff so nice and attentive, I can't wait to come back because I will definitely stay here again. The ocean front room had a breathtaking view. I let my passport by mistake in the safebox and the concierge called me right away and kept if safe for me until I was able to pick it up a few days later. Thank you team for the great hsopitality!
