The caring of the staff was exceptional, we really felt taken care of and that our needs are important to the staff. For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

The hotel also features a rooftop terrace with a 40 m² swimming pool that offers views of Palma bay. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant.

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Staff is doing an extra mile for the customer. Room was super clean. Very good breakfast - good variety to choose.

Rooms at the Inturotel Cala Esmeralda are stylish and modern. They all have air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. Rooms offer LED-sat-TV and a minibar. Bathrooms include a walk-in-shower. Some of them have exclusive services such as a pool or private penthouse terrace. The biggest plus here were the staff. They were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful. There were no airs and graces and spoke to you like a friend/family member rather than a customer, we loved that and you don't find it often enough in hotels. Everything else in the hotel was perfect, the food was actually really tasty (often find all inclusive can be a little bland) The rooms were comfortable and spotless and all the facilities were first class. We have already talked about doing back again

Aparthotel Ponent Mar is set right next to the sea and beach in Mallorca. It is in the Palmanova resort, 15 kilometres west of Palma. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

Would recommend this hotel to everyone! My stay was amazing and the staff so nice and attentive, I can't wait to come back because I will definitely stay here again. The ocean front room had a breathtaking view. I let my passport by mistake in the safebox and the concierge called me right away and kept if safe for me until I was able to pick it up a few days later. Thank you team for the great hsopitality!
