We booked 2 nights 3 days and the shuttle with thier lucury van which was very comfortable. All is organized perfect from the pickup to the hotel till the way back. Sunny was the hust and know how to anumate the gyest and always make them feel comfortable. The food is 5 star plus (book 2 nights to try all the menu they have). Big congrats to the chef. He cooked great food for lunch and dinner. All the staff is very kind and and always pleased to help and do their best to satisfy the guests. They are always smiling. I would mention James, the waiter which take care for you not to miss anything. Than the tour organisation with Daisy is fun just to be with her. With Daisy you can’t miss laughing anything she try to explain, and thats why every call her Daisy , lazy, crazy, noisy 😊😊. If you do one night will see only the cave but i suggest 2 night because second day you can visit the Cat Ba village (Women village, i will not tell the story behind because you need to hear from Daisy) where you ride in the nature and enjoy the beaty, you see tipical Vietnamise village. You will try the fish massage, and the holy water. The night is very calm and relaxing and you forget about the stress, cars and internet 😊. The room is better than 5 star hotel. You have all facilities needed and is very clean. We really enjoyed and i would suggest to do it if you go in Hanoi. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was great. Really amazing food, great trips from the boat and cozy atmosphere. All staff members were wonderful and welcoming. Especially Cheese who was always smiling, helpful and went the extra mile :-) We would happily come back again.

    Barca in stile tradizionale tutta in legno, a differenza delle altre navi più moderne che assomigliano più a piccole crociere. Non è il massimo del lusso ma l’abbiamo trovata molto piacevole, lo staff era gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, il cibo era ottimo e abbondante, i letti comodi. Lo consiglio!

    Esperienza stupenda in nave da crociera di lusso con cibo ottimo e staff estremamente gentile. Camere spaziose e con vista impagabile sulla baia di Halong. Consiglio di fare almeno 2 notti, se possibile, perchè altrimenti non è possibile gustare pienamente questa esperienza. Super consigliato!!

    La mini-crociera è stata abbastanza cara, ma la stanza assegnata era una suite di almeno 80 metri quadrati con idromassaggio vista mare e due balconate private. Molto lussuosa e arredata molto bene. Quindi direi prezzo ripagato dalla struttura di qualità altissima.

    La barca è nuova e lussuosa. Gli spazi, sia privati che comuni, sono molto confortevoli. La baia di Ha Long è mozzafiato. Sono tutti molto premurosi.

    Esperienza incredibile resa indimenticabile da un equipaggio cortese e disponibile che si impegna in tutti i modi per soddisfare le richieste di tutti. Abbiamo navigato 2 giorni con un sole splendente attraverso la baia di Halong e Lan Ha. Il lusso non sta nella ricercatezza dei pasti o nella pregoatezza delle finiture se pur di buona qualità (la honey moon suite è stupenda) ma, nel contesto in cui ci si ritrova e nel valore umano.

    Crociera di lusso dove si può vivere l'esperienza della baia di Halong. Il personale in generale è molto gentile e fa di tutto per accontentare i clienti. In particolare ringraziamo Tam e Tommy per tutto quello che hanno fatto, la simpatia e professionalità.

    il prezzo per questa nave di lusso per un europeo varrebbe almeno il doppio. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. ci sentiamo ci consigliate le due notti rispetto ad una sola notte in quanto è possibile in questo modo godere a pieno della natura ma anche di un po’ di relax
